Ohrid Summer Festival
The Ohrid Summer Festival is a traditional event founded on 4 August 1961, always taking place between 12th July and 20th August in the city of Ohrid, Macedonia.
The Ohrid Summer Festival is one of the most prestigious events in the Republic of Macedonia, as well as within the broader European festival scene.
The festival traditionally features a rich artistic program with concerts, theater plays, art exhibitions and poetry readings.
Venues

Antique Theatre
The stage includes a wooden platform arranged to the north just above the ancient central stage.
This stage serves musical interpretations, vocal showcases, and plays.
It is mostly used for the ceremonial opening of the festival and for higher-rank performances.

Dolni Saraj
The stage covers the central part of Dolni Saraj distributed on as many levels as possible.
It's built with solid concrete material on which a mounting platform is placed.

Vestibule of Church St. Sofija
The scene includes the western rear part of the church, the terrace, the southern and northern internal stairs, and the entire area of the vestibule of the rear western part.
This stage serves musical, vocal, and interpretations of the theater program

Church St. Sofija
The stage is located inside the church itself. It serves only for musical and vocal interpretations

Center of Culture Grigor Prlicev
The big stage in the "Grigor Prlichev" Culture Center is used mostly for theatrical performance but also for other events, if the weather conditions aren't perfect.
