House of Robevci
The characteristic Ohrid house owned by the Robevci family in the 19th and 20th century is a must visit place. Now the house is a stunning museum on three floors. On the bottom there are archaeological findings from the region. The second floor is a recreation of the house's inner design. The third floor are archaeological findings from different periods. It's also called Shirvan and it contains breathtaking wood carvings.
Opening hours: Every day from 9 AM till 8 PM. On Mondays it's closed.

Memorial house of the Macedonian poet Grigor Prlicev who wrote the famous poem "Serdarot". The old birth house of Grigor Prlichev was probably built in the first decades of 19th century, at the southeastern foot of the higher Ohrid hill, not far from Dolni Saraj and from the church of St. Sophia. It has a courtyard on the south side, with a nice view of the lake.

Bay of Bones
Located about 30 minutes by car from Ohrid, Bay of bones is an reconstructed village with stilt houses displaying Bronze & Iron Age items recovered from Lake Ohrid. It's an amazing experience and a must visit place while staying in Ohrid.

The house was built in the middle of the 19th century. It was probably built by Hristo Uzunov or Dimitar Uzunov, popular Macedonian reformists from Ohrid. Hristo Uzunov (22. 10. 1878), the most remarkable and revolutionary person from Ohrid and the area, was born and lived in this house. In the pre-Ilinden and post-Ilinden period, the house was central meeting place for the Macedonian revolution against the Ottoman Empire.
